Install OAS in a few steps
Installing OAS usually takes less than five minutes. This guide shows you step by step how to safely install Outlook Assistant Suite, how the Outlook add-in is added and how to verify that the software comes from Innosterex.
The installation consists of two parts:
- OAS is installed on Windows.
- The OAS Outlook add-in is then added to Microsoft Outlook.
During installation, Windows or Microsoft Office may display a security notification. This is normal and is explained below.
1. Choose the language and start the installation
After opening the installation file, first choose the language you want to use during installation. Dutch is selected by default. English is currently the other option.

Always use the installation file downloaded from the official OAS website.
2. Choose the installation folder

The OAS welcome screen will then appear. Check that OAS – Outlook Assistant Suite and the correct version number are displayed and click Next. OAS automatically suggests a suitable installation folder. For normal use, you do not need to change this location.
Click Next and check the summary.
3. Install the OAS add-in for Outlook

Click Install to install OAS on your computer. Once this installation has been completed, installation of the OAS add-in for Microsoft Outlook starts automatically.
In the Microsoft Office window, check that Innosterex is shown as the verified publisher and then click Install.
Microsoft Office will then add the OAS add-in to Outlook.
4. Check the digital signature

The OAS installer and Outlook add-in are digitally signed by Innosterex. This allows Windows and Microsoft Office to verify which publisher the software comes from and whether the signed files have been modified since they were signed.
During installation, you can view the certificate information. Check that the certificate has been issued to Innosterex.
Once Microsoft Office confirms that the OAS add-in has been installed, you can close the window.
Start OAS in Outlook
Start Microsoft Outlook after the installation has been completed. The new OAS tab will appear in the Outlook ribbon.
From this tab, you have direct access to Dashboard, Inbox Cleanup, Archiving, Follow-up and Configuration. You will also find information about OAS and the manual here.
If you do not see the OAS tab immediately, close Outlook completely and start it again.

When you start OAS for the first time, you can configure it and your free trial period begins. You can then start using OAS straight away.
