Keep your inbox organised automatically
Cleaning up your Outlook inbox becomes much easier with Inbox Cleanup. OAS automatically processes recurring emails based on rules you define yourself. This means newsletters, notifications, invoices and other recurring messages are moved to the appropriate folder without you having to process every email manually.
You remain in control: rules can be created, modified, tested, enabled and disabled, and can be run manually or automatically whenever you choose.
Smart rules for different types of email
OAS can recognise emails based on criteria including sender, email address and subject. This means you can process different types of messages from the same sender in different ways. Messages can then automatically be moved to the Outlook folder you have selected. If you do not yet use your own folder structure, Microsoft explains how to create a folder or subfolder in Outlook.
Rules are easy to create, modify and test. You decide which messages are processed, which folder they are moved to and whether a rule is active.
✓ Rules based on sender, address or subject
✓ Different rules for different types of email
✓ Test rules before using them
✓ Easily enable and disable rules

Automatic where possible, manual when you prefer
Inbox Cleanup can automatically process both existing and newly received emails, while you always remain in control. You decide which action belongs to a rule and which messages that rule applies to. Rules are easy to create, modify and temporarily disable. Before you start using a new rule, you can test it first. This lets you see in advance which messages the rule will find and helps prevent emails from being processed incorrectly.
You can also create a new rule directly from an email. This means you do not have to repeatedly look up or enter details such as the sender. Simply select the message for which you want to create a rule and use it as the basis for your new Inbox Cleanup rule.
Over time, you build up a collection of rules that matches the way you use your Outlook mailbox. The more recurring email you allow Inbox Cleanup to process, the less time you spend performing the same tasks again and again.
You decide how much you want to automate. New rules can be tested and adjusted before you activate them. And OAS never deletes email messages.
Automatically process new email too
Inbox Cleanup does more than organise email already in your mailbox. OAS can also apply your existing Cleanup rules to new email arriving in Outlook. When a new message matches an active rule, it can immediately be processed according to that rule.
This prevents your inbox from gradually filling up again with the same recurring messages after a major clean-up. Newsletters, notifications and other emails for which you have already created a rule can be processed automatically while you continue working in Outlook.
This also works when you use different rules for different types of messages. A newsletter, for example, can be processed differently from an invoice or recurring notification. Because OAS uses the rules you have defined yourself, you decide which incoming emails are processed automatically and which messages remain in your inbox.
You remain in control. Rules can be modified or disabled at any time, and you decide which types of email you want to process automatically. This means cleaning up your Outlook inbox is not limited to a one-off action: OAS helps you keep your mailbox organised afterwards as well.
